Daemons Khornate Army

A 1500pt Khornate list I put together. When I have these models, I'll go on from there, expanding into Nurgle and slightly into Slaanesh. I need help with this list, all suggestions/tips/advice/whatever would be really appreciated!

Ok, I'd start with just a 1000 points list. And balance it; with your Deamons, you have to split your army into two even (or as close as) parts. Now, you want your first wave to be either the biggest hitter so that, from the off, you have weakened him hard, or the most survivable so that when your other half turns up you have a larger model count.

Defensive (and therefore more survivable) Gods:
Nurgle
T'zeentch

Offensive (and therefore more aggressive) Gods:
Khorne
Slaanesh

Now, take one from each part and make that race half of your army. Then, when you see your opponent's army (always choose to go second) you can make a decent evaluation and see which half of your army should come in first.

i'd recommend getting some flamers and possibly horrors, because they are some of the only ranged units daemons have, and they are very nasty as i discovered when i played ian

Lewis, my reading of the Codex tells me otherwise. They have their ups and their downs, same as any other army. (Except marines, equality is for noobs anyway). And tell me, exactly what army do you actually collect?

Ian said August. I don't reckon the Bloodletters will be re-released, they are plastic ATM. That was all I was planning to get really until August.

The WHOLE daemons army is being revamped.

Most already plastic sets are going to stay the same, but Ed, think about it, you've just started Salamanders, why then go and start an army that you will just drop when the next thing you're interested in comes along?

He hasn't started sallies, he only made Vulkan, he won't even be using sallies again i bet.

I really like them, therefore I will collect them! Simple as!
