Two new codecies are now out on GW's website. The DH codex and WH codex are now free to download. However, note this. They are missing massive sections on fluff and their rules have been hardly updated at all. Apart from one major thing. NO MORE ALLIES OR INDUCTED UNITS. Yes, I know. Its insane, remove the Inquisition army's one major asset...

But, in my opinion, as it hasn't been officially announced as an update, I say if you have a real codex bought from GW, use that with all the rules inside.
