Fabius Bile + Germans

It has just occured to me when I was reading Bile's profile on Lexicanum that he performed similar experiments to a Nazi Doctor in WW2.
The Nazi Doctor did horrific experiments on captured people, all to try and make cures for diseases etc.
During the Siege of Terra, Bile did the exact same thing.

Have you guys got any evidence of relations between 40k and Today's history?

The megarachnid are extremely similar to Nids, could this be some kind of early form?

WW2 isn't exactly modern day.

To be honest there is really too much to count. Games Workshop filled the background with refernces to the past, such as cultures, major military events .etc. Fabius I wouldn't say was exactly like the doctor, but he does try to improve on human performance with pretty drastic measures, but nothing compared to the atrocities commited by the Nazi surgeon.

Its the same Fabius, and he's chaos Undivided.

It wasn't just A doctor, it was quite a few, most of them were done on sinti and roma people, part of the holocaust victims. Tons of them were killed and tortured to try and make the nazi soldiers better
