Which race?
Re: Who could win 40k
Their isn't enough eldar to destroy a chaos godWills wrote:It is said, that when the craftworld Iyanden was under seige by tyranids, they called upon their high councils, amount their billions of eldar civillians and soldiers, and used all their physic energy to destroy planets. This did tire them, and was a very difficult spell to perform, but they succeeded and held off an entire invasion force along with a couple billion tyranid life forms. If all eldar rallied together, they can put a challenge to physic power of any god, including chaos and emperor

Thanks Ed. necrons weren't Humans, I told you before, they were a Humanoid race known as the Necrontyr.

Humans is a specific race. Humanoids is a race similar to Humans in regards to their posture and body build, such as Apes.

Re: Who could win 40k
Well, no, because they're a Subspecies of Humans. Humanoids are things such as Orks, Eldar and Tau in their appearance. But as for their insides, they're completely different.

Re: Who could win 40k
The Chaos gods have massive power, yet if the Emperor had completed his webway network for humanity, they would be massively weakened. Unfortunatley, he didn't as Horus had been 'possessed' by the Dark Gods and ruined the Emperor's plans.
The Eldar soul thing mentioned here is the Infinity Circuit, the place where all Eldar souls are stored for enternity to shield them from Slannesh's feeding. Yet their is a deep, hidden beat, like that of a heart, beneath it all. This is the fragments of Ynnead, the Eldar god of the Dead. Bring him back, you stand a chance of destroying the chaos gods.
Orks could swarm realspace, yet would falter at the daemon worlds of the warp. How can you destroy something that is not real?
Tau, at this rate could put a huge dent in the preceedings, expanding all the while.
Tyranids are only a threat if more and more Hive fleets swarm in simultaneuosly. Even still, left unchecked, they could rip apart the Imperium and outlying Xenos races.
Necrons are the least threat here. Sure, they can scour worlds, but they are not strong enough to take on the full might of the Imperium as they are doing at the moment.

um, actually the necrons created life in 40k so they could harvest souls again, thier probably the biggest threat since they cannot die (they just get a 4+ save in the codex so you can use them)

Re: Who could win 40k
They can die, you commit Exterminatus on the planet. That would destroy anything. And the Necrons didn't create life. The Old Ones did. And most likely created the Nids as the Galaxy's reset button.

Re: Who could win 40k
Not all life. The enslavers etc who took down the old ones or the older warp gods.

Re: Who could win 40k
yeah but then the necrons and c'tan exterminated all life and recreated it so they could feast on more souls in the futurefirenze wrote:They can die, you commit Exterminatus on the planet. Re: Who could win 40k
That was the enslavers, warp jellyfish like beings that connect in threes so powerful in number they can even possess demons, gods etc. The Ctan and the necrons. went into hibernation.
The enslavers couldnt get to them but the unlucky physic old ones. They were the big losers. This event was known as the enslaver plauge.

Either you don't know your history AT ALL or you mean this indirectly.firenze wrote:The Chaos gods have massive power, yet if the Emperor had completed his webway network for humanity, they would be massively weakened. I mean indirectly, as the Emperor had to defend Earth.

Re: Who could win 40k
Wait, do you think that Horus ruined the Emperor's plans for the Webway? Because I trust you not to make such a silly mistake.
