ARGH!....Why I hate Technology

I recently got the Sony Ericsson w205 Walkman phone. It's great and I finally got all the cables to put music on it....
But it wont recognise the files, or even find them! It will recognise it as a ringtone, but not on the Walkman!
Has anyone had/got this phone and know how it works? Help is wanted!

OH GREAT DEUS MECHANICUS!!! OH MIGHTY OMMNISSIAH!!! GIVE US THE POWER TO GRACE THIS TECHNOLOGY WITH THE CRAPPYNESS OF TOASTINATOR'S MUSIC!!! DEUS MECHANICUS!!!!
