Why I hate Canis Wolfborn.

I just went to Joto, and got Canis, partly because the model is legend, and partly because I need him for my SW army (which will consist of mainly Fen. Wolves, and TWC).
So I got home with a nice new box, and loved what I saw, a cool dude on a gigantic wolf. Epic. So then I get my superglue, clean the model a bit (mould lines ), and then try gluing. Now I hate him. It took me 3 hours to glue him to his base, another 1 to glue one arm on, and then I knocked the table and he fell apart. Seriously, I'm thinking of hitting him with my hammer.

Any tips on how to glue a HORRIBLE model?

Ok, well the model looks like Wolverine riding an overgrown squirrel. Big mistake.

Second, try pinning. You drill a small (emphasis on the word SMALL) hole into the arm and the body, the base and the model's foot etc. basically, any part you'd normally glue. Then you put a rigid pipe between the two pieces, the same size as the holes, and glue around it.

I told you not to get him, mainly because his model is absolutely terrible and the rules SUCK like a downtown prostitute.

And I need him for the rule that he makes Wolves troops.

Anyway, I'm now thinking of swapping those Claws for a TH/SS set, and swap Canis's head out aswell, therefore creating a mounted Wolf Lord, which IMO now I've looked again over Canis's entry is better.

Seems like an appropriatte replacement. Although I agree with Zak, the model DOES make him look absolutely retarded. Now Lukas is a model worth buying...

And why do you need his Lord of the Wolfkin rule to make Wolves troops if you already have over 30 troop models?

Was the model annoying you. Or was it his stats?

Definately a Wolftooth Necklace. I give as a staple upgrade to any Character in my army.

As he's mounted on a TWM, I'd say TH/SS. Very hard hitting, and if you can find some TWC on eBay or somewhere, then run him with a three man unit. It's what's known as a 'Deathstar' unit.
