Lord of the rings armies

Hi, I know that barely anyone collects lord of the rings warhammer but who here does?
Because if more than three people play it i could bring in my army and we could have a team battle!

i've got a quite few boxes from several races

i've got goblins so if we have two people having an evil side and two people being the good side then we've got an awesome battle!

i don't have any lord of the rings models but i was thinking of getting isenguard maybe if i could find more people who collect it

I would but I've got enough armies as it is.

As it goes, you probably couldn't get a 500 point game done in the time frame we have.

you can buy my isengard army, it has a lot in it. I have a massive orc army. I dont play LOTR at all anymore, i cant even remember the rules

has anyone got a spare rulebook i can borrow for a few days to see if the rules are any good when we get back to school

how much would your isenguard army be, what does it have in it and is it built/based/painted

It has saruman, a lot of uruk-hai swordsmen(all their swords break off in LOTR, you'll get use tot his), a lot of pikemen, 6 scouts, Lurtz, 2 uruk-hai captains. I think thats it, around 50 models total though. i have none of the rectangle bases, none are based, all are painted, but only undercoat and the chainmail is painted silver(very badly, i was 7/8 when i did LOTR)

how much for them. I probably wont buy them for a while though, i'm building my necron army

£15? They'll be easy to paint, i also forgot to add, there are 3 crossbowmen and 2 banner carriers. And there are 2 beserkers with torches too. I'll need to find a lot of the fallen off weapons.

I'd probs buy em, I think I have about 20 goblins and most of the fellowship, and Lurtz.

i like lord of the rings battle game, i don't have any but i'd like to collect either isengard or gondor, i wonder if they could make an orange army or a clone army of me... i like food!

yeah i'll buy them for £15 as long as there aren't any bits missing
