Actually, i've got a decent-ish empire army i started earlier this year. I'm fairly new to fantasy as well.

i should be able to bring in 500 points of fantasy if i can get my dad to get it out of the attic

that makes four of us, 2v2 anyone?

I might start it. But if I ever do, I'll make a Chaos army of some sort. I like the new Beastmen, but the Warriors of Chaos really draw my attention...

warriors of chaos are very nice models. I suggest getting a mixture of chaos forces, not the daemons though. The beastmen are average units worth getting for normal battles. Warriors though are more heavy weights, they are killable, but takes a fight to do it.

anyway, about that 2v2?

I don't think I could play Will, unless I order it off the website, but I'm out of cash atm.

fair does, i understand that. We may have to share army lists, and unfrotuneately we'll be using lords and heroes(which are usually only allowed in over 2,000points), but we'll have to make an exception here.

1 mounted liche priest
30 skeleton archers
6 skeleton spear cavalary
3 skeleton chariots
i might be getting 16 more skeleton warriors soon.

I'm swinging between Ogres cuz I <3 em, or Daemons because I can use em for 40k and fantasy.

daemons are generally cooler and better fun, ogres are very, borderline. Are you still playing this game?

okay, i have two decent 500 point tomb kings armies sorted, they're sharing army lists, i'll try and find you thursday(wednesday i'll be busy revising hard) to give you the list

for will, zak and ellis, i'm going to be using:
1 bright wizard
1 gold wizard
15 halberdiers
8 greatswords
10 handgunners with repeater
not a bad haul

now me and zak only have to worry about Ellis' army. Ellis, if you read this, please tell us what you're using, i could change my list in last few seconds if you dont o.O

I don't like empire much, and plus michael has them and anything michael has i DO NOT want!
but i was thinking about one of these five?:
1. Bretonia
2. Dwarfs
3. Lizardmen
4. Skaven (so far i like this one best)
5. Vampire counts
which one do you think i should choose?

Although i think i like all of them!

orcs and goblins
empire(michael has them)
tomb kings (will has them and i dont want to look like a copy-cat)
Chaos daemons
Chaos horde ( i have already got chaos for 40k)
but apart from them i like all!
