new ideas for 3rd edition codex (necron, dark eldar sob etc)

I was wondering what ideas would be cool in the 3rd edition codexes especially with the rumours of a new dark eldar and necron codex, any thoughts welcome

basically i was wondering if anyone has heard any rumours or ideas of 3rd edition codexes because i was thinking of making some new rules and units for necrons for friendly games, i've thought of a wraith lord, here are the stats

ws5 bs5 s6 t5 i7 a4 ld10 sv3+


special rules
stubborn
necron
lord of all wraiths (basically all wraiths are troops and are given rending)
jetbike
furious charge
wraithflight (passes through terrain)
fast and deadly (can turbo boost and charge)
wargear power weapon
As you can see it is far from finished though, also have'nt thought of any good names for the special rules or the points yet

there's already a model called a 'wraithlord' for eldar, if necrons had one it'd be called 'stealing'

Ellis, that is sooooo overpowered, you are basically saying it can assualt 24", I would only let you use it at around 300-400pts.

well it is going to be a special character, like the nightbringer and would be expensive, i haven't thought of a proper name yet, as i said it's only a prototype. And anyway it can't join units so you can just pick it off before it does any real damage

i'm also thinking about making rules for some specialist versions of monoliths after i've finished my wraith lord

Even Heros need balance (Mephiston anyone?) and I would say you should try to remove the Turbo-Boost-Charge thing. Not even the Eldar can do that, and it would suit them more.
